- No. You leave your keys at reception or in the agreed way, and we take care of the car. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
- Where do I leave my keys?
- At your building’s reception. If your building has no reception, we’ll agree a handover method with you in advance. You’ll see the exact procedure when you book.
- Will my car be moved?
- Yes. We pick up your car, clean it and bring it back. We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
- How do I choose a time?
- When you book, you choose the day and time window when you’ll leave us your keys. Your request reaches us by email, and we confirm your time slot.

- What if my building isn’t covered?
